Animals

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the workshop, pupils will be able to:

✔ Classify animals using scientific criteria
✔ Describe key adaptations for survival
✔ Explain major animal life cycles
✔ Understand food chains and animal roles
✔ Identify how animals depend on their habitat

Explore the Animal Kingdom in Virtual Reality

Bring the natural world into your classroom with our Animals VR Workshop. Using immersive virtual reality, pupils come face-to-face with animals from around the globe — from rainforest mammals and desert reptiles to deep-sea creatures and African savannah wildlife.

This workshop helps children understand animal groups, habitats, adaptations and life cycles in a clear, exciting and memorable way.

What Is the Animals VR Workshop?

The Animals VR Workshop is a fully guided, curriculum-linked session designed especially for KS2 learners. Using VR headsets, pupils can:

🦁 Observe animals in their natural habitats
🌍 Visit environments including rainforests, oceans, deserts and woodlands
🦋 Explore animal life cycles
🐾 Learn about adaptations and survival
🔗 See how animals fit into food chains and ecosystems

The experience is safe, age-appropriate, and led by trained facilitators.
