What Is the Ancient Egypt VR Workshop?

The Ancient Egypt VR Workshop is a fully guided, curriculum-linked experience designed for pupils. Using VR headsets, pupils can:

  • By the end of the workshop, pupils will be able to:

    ✔ Locate Ancient Egypt on a map
    ✔ Describe the role of the River Nile
    ✔ Explain the importance of pyramids and tombs
    ✔ Understand Egyptian beliefs and daily life
    ✔ Use key historical vocabulary

    • KS2 pupils (Years 3–6)

    • Whole classes or small groups

    • Suitable for all abilities

    • No VR experience required

    All equipment is provided, and workshops are delivered by qualified facilitators.

  • This workshop will last approximately 30 - 50-minutes depending on the number of sessions required.
