Lancashire & Greater Manchester VR Workshops
Lancashire & Manchester Schools.
One Motorway Away.
Immersive VR Experiences Delivered Directly to Your Classroom.
The M62 runs directly from Wakefield into the heart of Greater Manchester, and the M65 branches off it straight into the mill towns of East Lancashire — putting Discover VR within an hour of 574 Lancashire primary schools and 103 secondaries, and 863 Greater Manchester primaries and 173 secondaries. That's over 1,700 schools across two of England's most populous and educationally ambitious counties, all reachable on a single travel corridor from our Wakefield base. We bring everything directly to your classroom — all headsets, all equipment, all delivery — with nothing for your staff to prepare and no surprises on your invoice.
From Burnley, Blackburn, and Clitheroe in the Pennine fringe to Preston, Chorley, and the Ribble Valley; from Salford and Bolton to Stockport, Oldham, and Rochdale; from the creative energy of central Manchester to the quieter market towns of Wyre and Fylde — Lancashire and Greater Manchester represent one of the most diverse school communities in England. Our 22+ VR workshops are built to serve that diversity head on. Science workshops covering Space, Climate Change, and Plate Tectonics. Geography sessions on Rainforests, Polar Regions, and Ecosystems. History workshops from Ancient Egypt and the Romans through to World War 1 and World War 2. All mapped to the National Curriculum, all adaptable to KS1, KS2, and KS3, and all delivered by a former classroom teacher with over 15 years in education.
Two of England's great industrial counties built the modern world between them. Their pupils deserve to explore what comes next
