What Is the Vikings VR Workshop?

The Vikings VR Workshop is a fully guided, curriculum-linked experience designed for KS2 pupils. Using VR headsets, pupils can:

  • By the end of the workshop, pupils will be able to:

    ✔ Describe who the Vikings were and where they came from
    ✔ Explain how Viking longships were used
    ✔ Identify features of Viking daily life
    ✔ Understand Viking beliefs and mythology
    ✔ Describe the impact Vikings had on Britain

  • This workshop will last approximately 30 - 50-minutes depending on the number of sessions required.

    • KS2 pupils (Years 3–6)

    • Whole classes or small groups

    • Suitable for all abilities

    • No VR experience required

    All equipment is provided, and workshops are delivered by qualified facilitators.
